Our Clams are all natural. The vacuum pack process retains the clam’s natural juices and flavor.
The clams can be boiled or steamed for 8-10 minutes and they will open just as if they had been prepared from the fresh state.

Made from Wild Pacific Coast Salmon blended and minced, rolled and smoked, sliced and dried. This is an original recipe that has a nice texture to the finished product and very easy on the palate.
