Shipping policy

All orders will be delivered on the Monday or Thursday of the upcoming week. For the time being GoFYSH Box can only be delivered to the Lower Mainland/Fraser Valley region of BC (West Vancouver to Abbotsford). If you are beyond our shipping parameters, we will reach out to issue you a refund.

Local delivery only

Free local delivery is available for orders over $200 from West Vancouver to Abbotsford, BC. For orders under $200, we charge $25 for local delivery.

If you haven’t received your order within the first week of the month, please contact us at khamill@westcoastselect.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Please be advised that we do not ship to P.O boxes. If a P.O box is provided we will reach out to you to issue you a refund.

Cancellations

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time prior to the next date of billing (25th of each month) by accessing your account or by emailing khamill@westcoastselect.ca. The cancellation request will be processed for the next scheduled bill date. You are responsible for all charges incurred with respect to any order processed prior to the cancellation of your subscription.
