Our Coho is processed within 8hr of harvesting to provide the highest standard of quality.
Sashimi Quality Coho, so this can be thinly sliced or cubed and eaten raw. Try it in a poke bowl or on its own with your favorite dipping sauce.
Also prefect on the grill or in the oven. This high in Omega 3 fat fish is perfect cooked to a medium rare.
