A simple but effective twist on traditional sausage rolls, this pork & Beef combo is full of flavour!
Local pork & beef from the valley is ground by our butchers in house. That way we have greater control of the fat content and to ensure the meat being used is of high quality. We then add a blend of simple seasonings that we produce in house as well. Finally rolled in our tasty puff pastry.

What shipping carriers do you use?
Made from Wild Pacific Coast Salmon blended and minced, rolled and smoked, sliced and dried. This is an original recipe that has a nice texture to the finished product and very easy on the palate.
