Our Mussels are all natural. The vacuum pack process retains the mussels natural juices and flavor.
The mussels can be boiled or steamed for 8-10 minutes and they will open just as if they had been prepared from the fresh state.
Prefect with butter, white wine , garlic, fresh herbs and a baguette for dipping!

Made from Wild Pacific Coast Salmon blended and minced, rolled and smoked, sliced and dried. This is an original recipe that has a nice texture to the finished product and very easy on the palate.
