Wild Pacific Seared Salmon Tataki
In Japanese cuisine, tataki is a method of preparing fish by briefly searing it with a hot flame, to then be sliced thinly and served raw. Like the fish served in the best sushi bars, this Wild Sockeye salmon is flash frozen with in hours of harvest to preserve its fresh-caught quality.

Garish with sliced scallions and grated ginger and serve with shoyu and ponzu dipping sauce.
