Cold Smoked Salmon Pizza

2 naan bread, store bought pizza crust or flat bread

1/3 cup cream cheese, room temperature

2 tsp prepared horseradish

1/2 shallot finely diced 

1/2 large lemon freshly squeezed

1 tsp salt and pepper

1 tbsp fresh dill finely chopped

200g West Coast Select Wild Sockeye Lox

2 tbsp capers, drained and patted dry

1 red onion, thinly sliced




Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place pizza, naan or flat bread directly onto rack and toast for 10 minutes. Cool completely.

Step 2

Mix cream cheese, horseradish, shallot, lemon juice, salt and pepper and dill together. Spread onto cooled crust. Top with salmon, capers, onion and a sprinkle of Dill if desired.

Step 3

Slice and serve!
