Spicy Smoked Salmon dip

Ingredients

8 ounces cream cheese

Juice from 1 lemon

2/3 ounce fresh baby dill (chopped)

1 jalapeno (minced)

1 clove garlic (minced)

227g West Coast Select Double Smoked Sockeye Strips

1/4 cup cooked bacon ends and pieces

 


 

 

Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place pizza, naan or flat bread directly onto rack and toast for 10 minutes. Cool completely.

Step 2

Mix cream cheese, horseradish, shallot, lemon juice, salt and pepper and dill together. Spread onto cooled crust. Top with salmon, capers, onion and a sprinkle of Dill if desired.

Step 3

Slice and serve!
